• Digital Goods: All items are digital and are not delivered through the Roblox platform.
• External Delivery: Delivery is handled externally. We will never ask for your Roblox account credentials.
• Non-Affiliation: We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

2. Payments

By submitting a payment, you confirm that you understand the product, agree to the price, and accept this TOS. We accept the following:

3. Final Sales & No Refunds

Strict Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reversals under any circumstances once the item has been delivered.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or false dispute is strictly prohibited. Users who initiate a reversal will face:

• A permanent ban from the platform.
• Being blacklisted from all current and future services.
• Submission of transaction proof and chat logs to payment processors to contest the claim.

5. Delivery

• Timeline: Delivery times vary based on current demand.
• Buyer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Completion: Once the item is sent to the provided destination, the transaction is considered complete. We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect buyer information.

6. Fraud & Misconduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for scamming. Prohibited actions include:

• Submitting fake payment proof.
• Making false accusations or impersonating staff/sellers.
• Any attempt to defraud the service.

Penalty: Immediate permanent ban and public blacklisting.

7. User Conduct

• Respect: No harassment, racism, threats, or unnecessary drama.
• No Solicitation: No self-promotion, advertising, or DMing users to scam/advertise.
• Integrity: No impersonating staff members.

8. Staff & Support

• Staff decisions are final and binding.
• Please contact support respectfully regarding any issues.
• Abuse toward staff will result in an immediate termination of service.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to any individual for any reason.
• Cancel or deny transactions if fraud is suspected.
• Update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

All items sold are digital goods with no real-world ownership or guarantees beyond the point of delivery. Use this service at your own risk.
